Receiving Order Label Settings

You are able to print receiving labels to a network printer when you configure your system to print them. The receiving order label settings consist of turning on receiving label printing and entering the network printer IP address and port number.

Receiving Label

The receiving label displays the following information:

• Item description

• Item number

• Item unit of measure

• Putaway location

The label format is stored in the database and paired with a network label printer.

Enabling Receiving Label Printing

To enable the printing of receiving labels to a network printer (see "Receiving Order Labels"), follow these steps:

1. Mark the Print Receiving Labels checkbox in the User Preferences form.

2. Printer IP Address: enter the printer's network IP address in this field.

3. Port Number: enter the printer port number in this field.
